Best pre qualifies each candidate before you even see a resume, which means that you spend far less time selecting people to interview. Our screening process is a focused and systematic approach that is flexible enough to meet your distinctive needs.
- We provide a very detailed look at each resume that we find or that is in our database and match them with specific jobs.
- We call our matches and prescreen them with a list of relevant questions.
- We offer a face to face interview where we ask a list of detailed questions as it relates to the job.
- We score each applicant with a systematic scoring system based on their response to the interview questions.
We listen to our clients and will adjust to their needs, because we know that every situation is different and we will strive to be versatile in our approach in dealing with your specific needs.
Our Fees and Guarantee
Our fees are among the lowest in the industry. Our "overhead" is low, so therefore we can transfer those savings on to our clients.
We offer payments in four equal installments (which will carry a small service fee of $50.00). To avoid the service fees, our clients will have the option to pay within 30 days of candidate start date.
Candidates pay nothing.
Best Services guarantees each professional candidate for 90 days. If our placements are terminated or quit (excluding getting laid off or downsizing) within 90 days of start date, we will replace the individual at no cost to the Client company.
