Growth in the market is slow but it is occurring.

Steel & metal workers in Illinois and Missouri felt the positive shift.

Producers of medications and medical equipment in the health care industry also witnessed a rise in demand.

Previously overall manufacturing was on the rise (April)

Retail sales was doing well (April-current)

The fashion industry in New York experienced an increase (May-June)

The housing market improved as mortgage rates dropped (May-June)

Tourism received a boost (April)

Since February 2010, a higher number of people, for the first time, voluntarily left their jobs than were asked to leave through layoffs or termination.  In addition and more recently, for the first time in a long time fewer people have been laid off in Januray of 2011 and the number of jobs created exceeded the number of lost jobs across the nation.

Part of the struggle and challenge is that each time we take a step forward we seem to be facing a new disaster. When we say we, we mean the whole world.

Greece was unable to repay their tab on social programs, overspending and more in April 2010. Greece just didn’t have the cash. Greece is part of the Euro Currency Union so that a default without repercussions is not feasible. Experts denote that Ireland, Italy, Portugal & Spain are in a similar position. Experts claim it is just a matter of time before these other European countries follow suit behind Greece.

We have been faced with the oil spill which continues to draw on our resources and while taking jobs away it is also adding jobs. We must remain focused on the creation of jobs at all times while remaining aware of the loss of jobs. Our energy and resources should be invested in the creation of jobs or in finding jobs for people.

The recent flooding in Tennessee and more recently in Arkansas has not helped businesses in those areas.

GOOD NEWS:

As the number of people who quit their jobs out numbers the employees who were terminated, experts state with confidence that this shows that employees  are being given options, job offers, and income. It shows there is cash in the market to generate and regenerate small to mid-size businesses, households, financial institutions, educational institutions, government sectors, insurance companies, factories, manufacturers,  and more.

Interest rates are expected to remain low and continue to be aggressively worked on to maintain such attractive levels.

We are not facing issues with inflation because influential businesses and their leaders realize the damage that would follow in such a fragile economy.

Even with the fall-outs of earthquakes, oil spills, war, floods, etc. we must keep in mind that we still managed to stay afloat. Again we call to action progressive and proactive behavior toward solutions and avoid investments of time and efforts in dwelling on the challenges and obstacles. Great men and women must overcome great obstacles & great nations are the only nations that can conquer great challenges. These events have not stopped us. Events of the past of our ancestors have not beaten us either.

Stocks jumped upward as of Friday,  6-2010. Ben Bernanke (Chairman of the Federal Reserve) estimates continual growth being slow but steady and we are not expected to fall back into a recession.

Courage is the key for the entire world. Embracing courage at a time when you are not feeling very courageous is the only time courage is put to the test.

CHRISTIANITY

CHINA

CAPITALISM

With 5,000-6,000 years of proven history and communism taking its hold in 1949, China must be talked about in terms of our jobs and our economy. You may be for or against the U.S.A. reaching out to China and hosting a formal dinner that some say was long overdue and others feel there is no need for the formality. Can we afford to ignore such a massive country in terms of population, sheer size, political and economic power? A country that some say owns a piece of the U.S.A. on paper.  Analysts say China needs the U.S.A. more than the U.S.A needs China. At the end of the day both countries seem to be in need of one another no matter the degree of need.  China isn’t going anywhere and yes many of their government practices go against our core beliefs.

An extremely strange and unlikely phenomenon has been taking place in China.  It has been a long time coming since the Cultural Revolution of China in the mid 1960′s and the massacre at Tiananmen Square in 1989. China’s focus has always been on business and ways to stay in the game earning profits. China can’t afford economic mistakes given its population of over 1.3 billion people on a planet that holds approximately 6.7 billion total. China carries 20% of the world’s population. China is slowly opening its doors to bits and pieces of Christianity.  It may not be that those in control are for Christianity in their hearts, though we can’t say, but they acknowledge the positive influence Christianity has on their economy. The more they loosen the restraints on Christianity the more the country prospers & we can attest to China’s most recent growth spurt toward the number two spot of economic world powers.  China’s people are responding more favorably once converting to Christianity and more people are coming out of the closet with their Christianity. Some list China’s main religions or beliefs as Atheism, Buddhism, Shenism-Taoism, Islam, Confucianism, Catholicism, & Protestantism. Many argue which ones are more popular but most would agree that China’s government has pursued and encouraged Atheism with great fervor.

HAS CHINA COME TO THE REALIZATION THAT CHRISTIANITY IS GOOD FOR CAPITALISM?

China is moving further away from Communism for over thirty years. It is a slow but steady process.  The motivation behind the change is rooted in job and economic growth. So while it may not be pure its happening and perhaps purity will follow the economic effects.  Don’t make the mistake of thinking Christians are welcomed in every corner of this massive land. There is still a great deal of persecution against Christians and other religions though some would argue the validity of this allegation. We allow the missionaries we know personally to tell their stories. The stories speak of persecution being alive and well. Some statistics indicate more people are behind bars in China for their faith than in any other country.

________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

  1. It is reported that three or more people are forbidden from gathering for religious sake without prior government approval.
  2. Churches and other places of worship remain unregistered and thus illegal in China because to register your place of worship means the government controls what you do, who does it and how they do it.
  3. It is illegal to educate a person under the age of 18 about God/Jesus.
  4. The torture that many endure is unspeakable in the attempt by police to convince their captives to turn in others.

Many churches remain underground with “look-outs” in the event of raids that result in torture and murder, which are common. The worshipers are often told to “keep it down” when their excitement builds for their faith. There are Christians in China who have a very different account of their ability to practice their faith arguing there are no issues.  Jim Mingri, a pastor of the Zion Church is one of them. He is proof that things are changing in China and that not everyone’s experience is the same.  Did the Chinese government formally request the 700 Club appoint Christian ministers to spread the Gospel? We don’t know the specifics. So if you ever wonder why Christians in the U.S.A fight so hard for their right to practice, its because every religion, belief system, race, or classification of people is closer to losing their rights and freedoms as we know it because we live with a false sense of security.  We fail to realize that a single catastrophic act or occurrence or subtle and gradual opinions can alter the way the country and world look at you. You can fall out of or in favor in a single day.  911 is a perfect example of an immediate shift in reaction toward Islam while Sikh followers were also targeted out of ignorance for the differences in attire. We are all susceptible. What we fight for in this country is what we fight for in every country for every person.

http://www.pbs.org/frontlineworld/stories/china_705/interview/extended.html The word underground is being replaced with independent.

We take much for granted in the USA, including those of us who choose not to worship. We have the freedom to attend or not attend a church, a synagogue or any place of worship for a wedding, a funeral or a social gathering of any kind at your leisure. How many people who don’t practice a religion have had the luxury and freedom of attending a church because of an affair or event inolving a friend, family member or co-worker? Keep in mind many faiths are under persecution in China. As we look at the economy of America we MUST look at the economy of the world and other leading nations.  Our jobs are effected by jobs overseas and vice versa. We can’t ignore their existence any more than they can ignore ours. How do we work side by side with a nation so different than ours politically and socially? Is it even feasible? Should it be attempted?

Perhaps closing the door on China would also be like closing the door on the Christians and Capitalists of China. China is more than just its government. Its 1.3 billion people who we can guarantee aren’t just vying for the number two position. They won’t stop climbing until they reach number one. When you witness someone you don’t care for (because their ethics differ from yours) climbing the ladder toward CEO in your company or some other powerful position, do you ignore them or do you strive to bridge the gap because that person will influence your livelihood?  Your voice must be heard because it is crucial to your survival & the company’s survival. We witnessed what happens in the court room to the companies who hire and promote executives who are unethical while ruling with arrogance and an unyielding iron fist.  Is China changing?

WHERE DOES YOUR STATE RANK IN UNEMPLOYMENT? + VIRGINIA’s GOVERNOR

Bookmark and Share

Governor Bob McDonnell of Virginia is considered successful by the majority of the population in Virginia. Virginia’s unemployment rate is 6.8% at the most recent count. Look for your state and see where your state is ranked with relation to other states. Many of the lower unemployment rates are associated with sparsely populated states. Virginia is rather populated and that is the reason we are highlighting them and their governor.  Governor McDonnell sports a low 26% disapproval rating and 57% approval rating.

Governor McDonnell is a Republican who won the 2009 election in a landslide against Democratic opponent Creigh Deeds. A position previously held by interim Governor Tim Kaine. Some argue that Virginia received $2.5 billion in stimulus money yet the Governor publicly bashed and stood against President Obama in signing the stimulus package. Every state benefited to some degree and the money was suppose to trickle down to various programs per state. We may not know the intricacies of why certain states are ranked where they are, but we know Virginia is doing well in terms of statistics.  Even if some don’t fully agree with their politics, at least some of their decisions and methods must be correct and working in favor of the public.

2010 NATIONAL UNEMPLOYMENT RATES AND CREATION OF JOBS NATIONWIDE

Bookmark and Share

Online business consulting

The national unemployment rate fell to 9.4% at the close of last year in December, 2010.  The country experienced a gain of 103,000 jobs. There is a dilemma with these figures. Some say that while jobs are being created, there is also a faction of the unemployed population that is blending into the background of our society and they are becoming invisible. These are the people who no longer qualify for unemployment and have basically given up after two, three, four, five and more years without a job. We must also consider that portion of the population that is approaching retirement age and few to no employers are giving them any consideration.

Even though we didn’t create as many jobs as we wanted last month, there was a trade off in that unemployment was reduced in terms of rates more than anticipated by the experts.  Experts wanted one hundred fifty thousand jobs to be created. We were short by forty seven thousand. The government had its share of lay offs and cut backs of approximately ten thousand workers. Nearly one and a half million Americans qualify as unemployed who are outside the radar range. In other words they have essentially given up looking for work.

We need to experience an increase of about 300,000 jobs for it to impact the labor rate.  A job growth spurt of 150,000 only accounts for and balances out the newest members of our population (birth/immigration).  The statistics reveal a total job loss of 8.5 million during this recession. Others argue a much higher number is more realistic ranging from fifteen to twenty million jobs lost. We enjoyed a gain of 1.1 million jobs in the entire year of 2010.  2010 proved to be the best year for hiring since 2007 when the recession began under the former administration. On average the last quarter of the year 2010 yielded job gains of 128,000 per month.

Overall although we’d all like to see a quick fix to the recession and unemployment, the statistics speak loud and clear that we are on the UPSWING in terms of the economy, the job market and the overall recession. We are climbing up and out of our ditch and that is great news. Again, it is slow but it appears rather steady. We have to begin looking at the plus side of all of this. This is a country that was still facing stagnant issues with collision of American & Russian satellites; North Korea launches a rocket which spawns a meeting of the United Nations Security Council; H1N1 virus reached epidemic proportions; Government takeover of GMC because of grave financial issues; American Samoas are hit by an 8.3 earthquake rendering total destruction;

Red River flooding in Fargo North Dakota; Mount Redoubt in Alaska errupts on several occasions; Tornados ripped through the midwest and south and in areas not typically affected by tornados;

Dubai asks for a deferment on their debt after it completed monumental renovations and other construction and development projects, as a result stock markets drop significantly world wide in every major market (11/2009);  Effects of Hurricane Katrina still linger and people remain homeless, the BP Oil Spill (spring of 2010), The Afghan War, the Iraqi War, the call of duty and rapid response to the victims of a monumental earthquake in Haiti, entire countries are being bailed out of financial ruin by the European Union (we are not one of them because we are not part of the European Union)…

This is merely a handful of items and events that occurred in the last two years.  Eventhough we faced all of these issues and so many more, we are still climbing upward despite our obstacles. What does that tell you about our nation?

IN CLOSING OUR HEARTS AND PRAYERS ARE WITH ALL OF THE VICTIMS, THEIR FAMILIES AND LOVED ONES IN THE TUCSON, ARIZONA TRAGEDY OF JANUARY, 8, 2011

Heading into the 2011th New Year of Anno Domini, we like to reminisce with our audience over the last eleven years (2000-2010).  This segment is dedicated to the memories of people who walked this planet. Whether we embraced them or not we believe their names will jar something inside of us. This country and this world has potential beyond recognition if only we would direct our energy and resources toward good and remain constructive and productive, we could be witnesses to even greater accomplishments within ourselves and others.

TEN OF THE FASTEST GROWING INDUSTRIES FOR 2011

Bookmark and Share

www.BestServicesOnline.com

As we enter 2011 and close out 2010, we have to continue looking ahead and striving for more financial security as individuals, families, communities, states, as a nation and across the globe as a whole. It was not just the U.S.A. that experienced an economic down turn. Since all aspects of business trade are intertwined internationally in some shape or form, we have to consider our international neighbors around the world.

PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, SPEECH and MUSIC THERAPY: Music Therapy is one of the latest growing types of therapies that are offering scholarships. Its been shown to reduce stress, expedite healing and in some cases it has reduced the need for chemical medication.

HOME HEALTH AIDES & PERSONAL AND HOME CARE AIDES: As our society becomes more health conscious, we are living longer. As a result of extending our life expectancy, we are experiencing degenerative ailments we’ve not see in large numbers in the last century until recently. Aging people are being provided more options in insurance policies for long term and short term care and with those policies may come the option of seeking elder assistance in the comfort of your home as opposed to being admitted to a nursing home or rehabilitation facility.

ENGINEERS: There will always be a need for engineers as technology is for ever changing with monumental advancements in every industry with special focus on environmental issues as of late.

NETWORK SYSTEMS AND DATA COMMUNICATIONS ANALYSTS:  This will continue to be a growing industry. It is best to remain flexible with regard to international relocation.

LANGUAGE: View the trends and learn which languages may be beneficial over the next ten to twenty years. Certainly Spanish, any one or more of the major Middle Eastern languages, Chinese dialects, the more popular Eastern Indian, African, and European languages could be beneficial. The more languages you can learn earlier on in life, the more marketable you will be. This is one of the questions that is asked on many applications now. It could make all the difference in you getting a call for an interview or your application being tossed in a pile with countless other applications. This is something for parents to think about too while being actively involved in their child’s education. It is easier to learn one or more languages during your early developmental stages than when you reach adulthood.

PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS: These two occupations are expected to be in demand for some time.  Quality is of utmost importance in this field too.

ACCOUNTANTS AND AUDITORS: This is a field that has remained steady in its growth over the years. Bookkeeping is another aspect of this industry.

DENTAL SPECIALISTS: Because of the rise of cosmetic surgery, fields like this are growing tremendously.

OPTHOMOLOGY, OPTOMETRY SPECIALISTS: This is and has been a growing field as well and is always in need.

WASTE MANAGEMENT/DISPOSAL: As we run out of space, and our population continues to grow waste disposal will always be a necessity throughout the world.

INTERNET HOSTING AND PUBLISHING: This industry isn’t likely to go anywhere but up in need and usage as the majority of us have entered the electronic age for much of our communication, information, transactions and more.

SECURITY GUARDS: Security is increasing at nearly every work place especially since this country experienced a terrorist attack nearly a decade ago.  Homeland Security has also sparked more localized security.

IS IT A RECESSION OR A TRANSITION?

HAPPY VERTERANS DAY!

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2010/11/veterans-day-obama-korea.html

if you are interested in listening to an realistic and honest war veteran’s broadcast: http://www.oneplace.com/player-custom/family-talk/welcome-home-veterans-145426.html

(turn up your volume to hear DAVID ROEVERS in California and hit the arrow for play after clicking on the link above this line) -

We recently heard an argument that dictated our country is not in a depression or a recession. The individual made some interesting points worth exploration. They said in two years both Democrats and Republicans will be facing the same problems we are facing today with little to no change. We hope this argument is wrong, but again we offer everyone the opportunity to conduct their own research as we will do the same in the future.  The person contended that every single country on this planet which is NOT an INDUSTRIAL COUNTRY is a poor country. Most people would agree with this statement. We were once an industrial country but now we are in a transition. Most would agree with this statement as well. This is what they mean when they say we are not in a recession or a depression. What we are experiencing is the transition period itself of the shift from industrial to non-industrial and there is a great deal of fall-out from such activity.  We have outsourced countless jobs away from the USA for good. Our technology has increased thereby moving industrialism to the side according to the speaker. It’s suggested that our repair of the country must come from a structural standpoint. In other words we must address the very structure of our country and economy and re-establish it before we can even think about reaching any level of  success in generating jobs. This is not a Democrat or a Republican issue. It supersedes every political party and style of offense and defense whether that be liberal or conservative.

Here is what is said we can expect to happen if we neglect to address the country’s structure.  Apparently we will see massive closings of colleges and great malls and much more. The stage for these issues are said to have been set when we signed away our ability to trade within our borders. Free trade treaties were signed and when they were this individual believes we set the wheels in motion for a continuous downward spiral that has nothing to do with who has the House, the Senate or the Presidency. It is quite frightening.  So far no politician has spoken like this or about this issue to date and even if one did, it would take a majority to adopt these opinions for there to be any hope.  Again we hope the individual is dead wrong, but we can’t ignore statements just because those statements are difficult to absorb or make us uncomfortable.

Finally, the person mentioned that China will always outdo us in terms of production, investments and handling of their economy because they understood early on that the structural outline and inner workings of any economy is what must be attacked, understood and manipulated to the advantage of the country. China has captured this concept and controlled it. It’s only a matter of time until they surpass us. This statement really made us perk up because all the numbers show China recently moved into the top few positions and all news reports in the last two to three months announced how China was on their way to becoming the number one world economic power. With economic power often times comes social and political power as well.

We invite any one to share your thoughts on this individuals view of our economy and politics.

Do you feel there is any truth to this person’s assertions about our economy and country?

WHAT IS THE GREEN PARTY?

“Everything on the earth has a purpose, every disease an herb to cure it, and every person a mission. This is the Indian theory of existence.” – Mourning Dove [Christine Quintasket] (1888-1936) Salish

America has created choices and options for Americans. We need to cherish this about our great nation. If voting does nothing else, it certainly promotes and provides stability to the rights and choices we currently have. We should never grow lax in our political, social, professional or personal responsibilities to ourselves, our family & to society.

Many of our choices effect everything from government to business to our personal lives.  To date we have briefly addressed the Tea & Republican Parties. We will follow with the Libertarian and Democratic Parties. There seems to be some conflicting information with regard to WHEN the Green Party began. We have provided various links so you can see the differences of opinion with regard to when it was initiated. Nevertheless, we do not believe it has any bearing on the core mission of the Green Party, its values or standards.

“…Past:As the article above explains, the United States Green movement began 20 years ago with the Green Committees of Correspondence (GCoC), founded in August 1984. The GCoC did not represent any one political philosophy; generally, however, it emphasized activism, education, and community organizing over electoral politics. Looking critically at the American politic system, the majority of the GCoC felt that until much grassroots organizing had been done-as an early Green pamphlet put it, until there were “active Green groups in every neighborhood and town in the country”-a Green electoral party could be no more than symbolic. These early Greens also envisioned the Green movement as working for a radical, overall change in American society, not just reforms. The organizational form adopted to reach this goal was a network of dues paying members, grouped in multi-state Regions and connected through a national Clearinghouse.

By the beginning of the 1990s, however, some Greens were becoming impatient with the GCoC’s strategy of radical, slow, long-term organizing. These Greens-mostly members of the GCoC-called for the immediate creation of state Green parties, and some for a national Green party. Because of this, two factions began to compete inside the GCoC. One, a “movement” faction, supported the GCoC’s original strategy of activism and community organizing; the other, a “party” faction, called for a turn to electoral politics. In 1990, state Green parties were organized in Alaska and California. In 1991, in order to resolve the conflict between movement and party factions, the name of the GCoC was changed to The Greens/Green Party USA (TG/GPUSA). Organizationally, this meant that The Greens would remain an activist (“movement”) party based on dues paying members, but that it would include a place for the affiliation of state Green parties.

In 1996, several state Green parties came together to form the Association of State Green Parties (NASGP) outside The Greens/Green Party USA. In 2000, Ralph Nader was nominated by the NASGP as a Green presidential candidate; his campaign was also endorsed by TG/GPUSA. In July 2001, the NASGP changed its name to the Green Party of the United States (GPUS).

Present:As a result of the above history, there are two Green parties in the US today. One, The Greens/Green Party USA traces its beginning to 1984. The other, the Green Party of the United States, can trace its roots to the formation of the ASGP in 1996, and is essentially a split of more politically conventional Greens from the GCoC and TG/GPUSA. This year, the GPUS is running David Cobb as its candidate for pres ident; Ralph Nader is running as an independent; and at the recent Green Congress in Chicago, The Greens/Green Party USA reaffirmed it commitment to the mission of the original American Greens, long-term activist organizing for true democracy and a Green society. Such a vision of radical hope is one of the most valuable resources any party can offer society…”

WHAT IS A REPUBLICAN? (Independents Too) A RECRUITERS JOB BLOG

“Only free men can negotiate; prisoners cannot enter into contracts. Your freedom and mine cannot be separated.”    Nelson Mandela

We have covered the Tea Party, Democrats & now Republicans. You may have decided or you may decide not to join any particular political party while still exercising your right to vote. People who have no political affiliation are known as Independents, “non-partisan” or “decline-to-state” voters.

Being an Independent in the above context is not the same as being a member of the AMERICAN INDEPENDENT PARTY, though many voters make this mistake. These are two very different concepts which is why “non-partisan” or “decline-to-state” voters is more suitable for an Independent who has no intention of joining any party.

LEARN ABOUT WHEN A “NON-PARTISAN” CAN  & CANNOT VOTE IN PRIMARIES: http://www.museumstuff.com/learn/topics/primary_election::sub::Types

Best Services Online addresses politics in a non-partisan fashion because of its effects on the economy, unemployment, charities, businesses & households across America and throughout all nations.

REPUBLICAN:  (courtesy of Wikipedia at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republican_Party_(United_States)

“…The Republican Party is one of the two major contemporary political parties in the United States, along with the Democratic Party. Founded by anti-slavery expansion activists in 1854, it is often called the Grand Old Party or the GOP, despite being the younger of the two major parties. The party’s platform is generally considered right of center in the U.S. political spectrum.

The Republican Party has the second most registered voters as of 2004 with 55 million, encompassing roughly one-third of the electorate.[1] Republicans currently fill a minority of seats in both the United States Senate and the House of Representatives, hold a minority of state governorships, and control a minority of state legislatures.

Founded in northern states in 1854 by anti-slavery activists, modernizers, ex-Whigsand ex-Free Soilers, the Republican Party quickly became the principal opposition to the dominant Democratic Party.[2][3] It first came to power in 1860 with the election of Abraham Lincoln to the presidency; it presided over the American Civil War and Reconstruction.[4]

The first official party convention was held on July 6, 1854 in Jackson, Michigan. The Republicans’ initial base was in the Northeast and Midwest and the party solidified its position as the second party with the nomination of John C. Fremont in the 1856 Presidential election. Early Republican ideology was reflected in the 1856 slogan “free labor, free land, free men.”[5] “Free labor” referred to the Republican belief in a mobile middle class that left the workforce and set up small businesses. “Free land” referred to Republican opposition to slave labor. The Party had the goal of containing the expansion of slavery, which would cause the collapse of the Slave Power and the expansion of freedom.[6] Lincoln, representing the fast-growing western states, won the Republican nomination in 1860 and subsequently won the presidency. The party took on the mission of saving the Union and destroying slavery during the American Civil War and over Reconstruction. In the election of 1864, it united with pro-war Democrats to nominate Lincoln on the National Union Partyticket…” (end of Wikipedia’s quotes)

WHAT DOES GOP STAND FOR?  It is an acronym-nickname for the Republican Party and has taken on various forms with everything from 1875 – Gallant Old Party later it became Grand Old Party.

REPUBLICAN symbol is the:         ELEPHANT

DEMOCRAT symbol is the:           DONKEY

BLOGGING BY BEST SERVICES ONLINE, OVER THE NEXT SEVERAL BLOGS, WILL DEDICATE ITS BLOGS TO THE UPCOMING ELECTIONS ON 11-02-10.

As we write blogs about unemployment and jobs, since we are in fact recruiters, we realize that many of our readers, clients and candidates have great interest in the political influence over jobs, unemployment and their bank accounts. Employers and candidates have been hit heavily, which is why we are facing eight million lost jobs. These aren’t just lost for a year. This has been going on since 2007 with no real improvement in sight. This is the third year.

President Bush and/or President Obama may have prevented a sixteen million job loss event. We will never know one way or the other so all we can do is focus on what we do know and that is that the market is moving but for those out of work it is stagnant because is it not moving quickly enough. Every blog and every other source of media is addressing the “changing of the guard” from a democratic rule to a republican rule that will likely take place after the mid-term elections of November 2010. How many of us made it out to the polls over the last several months to cast our primary ballots? We know we walked in and walked out with no lines at prime times for voting as opposed to the massive lines that formed when the presidential race between Senator McCain and Senator Obama was at stake. Everyone had hopes and dreams for something better and something different. We do it at every major election whenever we are facing less than favorable times. We keep hoping that someone, some administration, some magical combination of congressional members and Supreme Court Justices will pleasantly surprise the people of America. When will we learn?

We didn’t get what we wished for and every one and their mother has the perfect response as to why it didn’t happen. So we look onward to these Mid-Term Elections, because without the hope of something more, we are facing the same limited growth we have been facing since President Bush was in office. We’ve said it countless times before. It is unfair and unjust to blame President Bush or any other president because the way the economy operates and feeds off of countless variables, the failure of the economy could have started during any one of the last five administrations.  We must simply look for solutions and allow the elected politicians who we like or don’t like to accomplish the tasks at hand. This goes for democrats, republicans and everyone in between. If republicans gain the majority, then lets show our support and stay on them through continual phone calls to your state representatives to make certain they know they are accountable to you and me.

Lets make certain no matter who is in the White House, Senate and House of Representatives that we hold them accountable for working together haromoniously and nothing less is acceptable. WE EXPECT RESULTS. We must remain active at our local, state and federal levels. Regular phone calls have to be made to our representatives or emails and letters need to be sent. Keep it professional and respectful of course, but get your message out there over and over again. Our duties don’t stop at the voting booth, for those of us who take it that far.

Our duties never stop. Every last one of us is on notice that in politics a lot of unfair and unjust things take place. We no longer have the right to pretend we are shocked or surprised. The shock part should be over by now. What will you do to reduce or prevent the lack of productivity, bureaucracy, inner social politics, bad influences, anit-proactive behavior and anti-progressiveness throughout all levels of government? No matter who is elected to office, they all become susceptible to the political traps so we must work on supporting our politicians to rise above and stay above those negative influences. They must be made aware they are accountable to the people. Every media source will continue playing on the vulnerabilities & emotions of America. We fall for it every time. Opinions are fine, but how do you move people from the inside-out to better their circumstances and predicaments? How do we improve our current state now that we have identified our dissatisfaction with the lack of jobs and economic growth?
