MERRY CHRISTMAS!
Its as if GOD is constantly keeping our analytical minds busy to the extent that they will never be able to uncover every single little particle, source of energy, theory, equation or event down to its root in this life as we know it. If we did, we would be uncovering the physical presence and proof of God and that would eliminate the need for FAITH. What is it about FAITH that outweighs physical proof? So far, we know that FAITH must replace God’s physical presence because our current form of human existence could not survive HIS PRESENCE. We would not survive HIS PRESNECE physically, conceptually, or emotionally. We can’t conceive of infinity or forever without driving ourselves mad. We can’t conceive of the vastness of this universe and the fact there are multiple universes. We can isolate certain events or pieces of his art work (mountains, oceans, volcanoes), and break those down into how and when they were formed, but we can’t conceive of everything HE has created all at once from its biological or inanimate start to its finish or current state. How many of us have been on the ocean and looked out over the water while never seeing a piece of land in sight for hours? What a reality check that is for our insignificance in terms of size and power. To think that ocean is just one of many bodies of water on a planet that is one of many planets in a solar system that is one of many solar systems in a universe that is one of many universes. We need to thank God that HE doesn’t reveal HIMSELF to us in terms of sitting across from us at our dining room tables, because we couldn’t begin to handle such a witness and expect to survive it.
How would we survive the presence of HIM who is infinite in wisdom, knowledge, ability, skills, love, energy, presence, emotions, physicality and all? It would be humanly incomprehensible. The other thing we believe is that there is something scientific and mathematical about FAITH. HE has made an equation or scientific theory out of everything whether we have figured it out or not. So why wouldn’t HE use FAITH in the same fashion? We believe FAITH in and of itself generates, multiplies, & strengthens everything in us and everything around us. It can do so to the extent that it converts dreams into reality. The purer, more honest and stronger the FAITH, the more likely we are to be well equipped with the defensive and offensive systems we need to survive any physical, emotional, psychological and mental ”germs”, “diseases” , “toxins”, ill intent, harm and/or danger.
Our dilemma began at a TREE when Eve listened to a highly intelligent, very logical and extremely convincing argument against GOD’s simple instructions for us not to eat from the Tree of Knowledge. The ultimate mathematical SOLUTION to our self inflicted demise came by way of a TREE. Yes even HIS ability and desire to solve our spiritual dilemmas were ended in the same way they began as if it was necessary for HIM to follow HIS own RULES so that order be maintained through eternity and so that eternity is sustained.
YOU sent YOUR SON to clean up our filth the exact same way that we created this mess. Your Son, Jesus Christ, went to that tree willingly, lovingly, & unselfishly. Jesus You went in the midst of human flesh so that the ability to experience fear, panic, anxiety, pain, anguish, loneliness, ridicule, darkness, brutality, heartache, sorrow, depression, tears, sweat, scars, injury and on and on and on was real. You hung there with your flesh ripping. You accepted the physical and spiritual weight of my sin, his sin, her sin, all the sin of the people who were before your birth, all the sin of the people on the planet at that time of your sacrifice and all the sin of the people who would come after your human death. Just to ponder the amount of sin that exists right here and now in a single community, town, state, country, continent, or across the planet is inconceivable. Your ACT of Sacrifice supersedes time, generations, and any single sin or compilation of sins committed by any one person or by the masses.
The most important mathematical equation and scientific solution involves our participation. Our part is so easy. We only need acknowledge You and what You did at Calvary for us and strive to live our lives in honor and respect of that most gracious act of sacrifice. In return YOU ”GIFT” us the ultimate Gift of salvation in eternity.

It could and these are things we all need to watch for and pay close attention to as we listen and read between the lines of what politicians, incumbents and candidates are claiming and alleging in future campaigns. In the meantime we urge everyone, employers, individuals and families alike to “clock” their two year time period and fully comprehend that you must spend to help the economy but to definitely be mindful of stashing a portion of your earnings. At the end of two years none of us know how much will be taken back. Invest wisely and secure as much of your wealth as is plausible. Advisers recommend shielding ourselves from future taxation in 2013 safely, legally and moderately. Many experts don’t recommend hoarding because that is what has caused the economy to stifle itself over the last few years, but be wise about all your decisions and seek the expert financial advice you need.
The estate tax reform for farmers and ranchers is a definite benefit to the families and business structures in the agricultural industry. It provides much needed relief in the often forgotten areas of America, which is the rural areas. HURRY EMPLOYER TAX INCENTIVES FOR 2010!
As of now employers STILL have until December 31, 2010 to hire an unemployed individual in order to qualify for a $1,000.00 tax break. In most cases the person must be unemployed for at least sixty days (60 days). The employers in most cases will also qualify for an additional $1,000.00 tax break if the employer retains that employee for at least one year. This means an employer could receive a two thousand dollar ($2,000.00) tax break for every unemployed person they bring on board.
*This incentive was initiated by Democratic Senator Charles Schumer of New York (Chuck Schumer). It is known as The HIRE Now Tax Cut Bill.
*Republican Senator Orrin Hatch of Utah is noted with partnering with Schumer on this bill.
*The bill went into effect in the earlier part of this year, March of 2010.
*New York employers received tax incentives for their hiring of over three hundred thousand (300,000) employees.
*Senator Schumer was forced to fight for an extension of this bill in August of 2010. That extension was granted through 12/31/10.
*The bill was introduced on February 3, 2010 (2/3/10) and so any private sector employee hired from a sixty day plus unemployed status after the date of 2/3/10, will qualify the employer for the tax incentive.
*Another incentive is that the employer does not have to pay the employer’s share of the required Social Security payroll tax on that employee for 2010 (6.2.%).
*Remember the bill was introduced on 2/3/10, but passed in March 2010 and extended in August 2010.
*Will they extend it again into 2011? It would only be logical to do so, but we have been unable to find any details within the recent tax break extensions which address this specific issue. We are not sure if they are considering that a separate issue. We do know that the re-elected Senator Schumer is pushing for an extension into 2011.
*Employers are skiddish of the unemployed and this serves to soften the blow of the risk in hiring someone who has been unemployed for months, if not years. In turn the unemployed who were victims of these mass layoffs at least stand a chance at evening the playing field when it comes to interviewing against their competition which are currently employed.
*SPELL IT OUT: A private sector company that hires five previously unemployed candidates could earn a tax incentive of $10,000.00. If that employer hires ten unemployed individuals they may earn up to $20,000.00 in tax incentives and so on.
*As of August the average unemployed worker found themselves unemployed for at least ten months. We are certain those numbers have a wider spread now that we are in December 2010.

With no unemployment extensions and no increase in job availability, people are running out of options, time and patience. We are doing our part every day to encourage employers to consider expansion and growth. We agree with some of our readers that at some point the real repairs to the economy are going to have to come from us and the market itself. There isn’t much any government or administration can do to positively impact the domestic and international markets. Its been several years now and we are no further along than we were when people first started losing their jobs in large numbers. Any changes that have taken place have occurred without effecting the middle and lower classes in a positive way. The bail out money from President Bush and President Obama was suppose to help stir growth in our economy, but it appears that money is long gone. The purpose it probably served was to help prevent these companies from collapsing all together.
REAL REPAIRS:
Putting a halt on spending, hiring, growth, and general market activity is what compounds the issues of the economy further. Everyone is frozen in fear and we think we are doing the right thing by stopping when in fact we are adding to the issues in our economy which eventually will come back to harm many more businesses more severely. What good is it to hold on to the dollars you have if the value of the dollar becomes worthless? A worthless dollar is worth nothing whether you have ten of them, a thousand of them or a million of them. If it turns into Monopoly money then quantity will have no impact on its worth. We have to start thinking in terms of fixing this one person at a time, one family at a time, one business at a time and one community at a time. Consumers seem to be doing their part as they hit the malls and retail shops along with the Internet and catalogues for general shopping, Christmas gifts, holiday gifts and other consumer related activities.
SNAP OUT OF IT:
I don’t know if most of us are still staring in the direction of Washington D.C. or what. We know they probably need our help as much as we need theirs. We might have a lot more flexibility than they do when it comes to impacting the economy. We must work in concert with what they are doing in D.C.. We have to snap out of the stunned gaze we have grown accustomed to when taking in all the two steps forward three steps backward sites of Washington D.C., our state and local politicians. If we wait for something to change on that end, we could be waiting a generation or more. For whatever reason their hands are tied. We’ve viewed a good number of the links our subscribers leave in their comments and they are interesting to say the least. We don’t care why their hands are tied or who tied them. We know we run into similar problems no matter who is in office. We can only assume they are also running into the same problems. The semantics no longer matter. We must begin moving. We have to grow. We have to stimulate our own growth. We can’t wait to hear a good word from the coach on the sidelines because he or she is immobile and stunned themselves. It is up to us as a few of our readers have suggested. If its not up to us, we need to take control and make sure it becomes about us.

Take risks. Not just any risk, but take calculated risks. Spend. Don’t just spend anything anywhere, but spend in the same calculated format that you assume other risks. Remember what kind of spirit you had when you first started your business, career or best part of your life. We took risks then didn’t we? For the most part everyone knows that the United States’ first Thanksgiving commemoration was in 1621 in Plymouth, Massachusetts. It was meant and is still meant to give thanks to God for the many blessings He has bestowed upon us. During that particular time the Pilgrim settlers experienced a rather brutal winter and survival was not assured. THANKSGIVING was to celebrate and give praise and thanks to God for their safe arrival a year earlier and bountiful harvest they enjoyed that fall.
If you are a non-believer, we still encourage all of our readers to count their blessings. Its more important than ever to maintain a positive attitude through this recession. Consider your health, your food supply, running water, electricity, social programs which provide income, shelter, clothing, food and health care, family, friends, fellowship through church, work, neighborhood, this abundant planet which we thrive on because of the oxygen balance, gravity and more. Consider our solar system and how safe we have been despite all of the things that go on in outer space. Consider the universe and how protected we’ve been up to this point. Consider the fact that you woke up today and had the ability to live another day and make of it what you will. Consider the fact that the powerful ocean waters are mysteriously contained as opposed to us swimming in water over the span of 99% of the earth.
In 1621 the Wampanoag Indians interacted with the Pilgrims for this commemoration. The celebration lasted one week. The Pilgrims in this context were Christians from England who were trying to flee religious persecution and felt that Catholicism was not representative of the way they wanted to worship. The Pilgrims attempted to settle in Holland but the political/religious contention between Holland and Spain did not allow them to stay there comfortably or for long. In addition the Pilgrims were displeased with the lifestyle standards of the Dutch.
The Pilgrims journeyed away from Holland on Spetember 6, 1620 toward North America on the Mayflower Ship. They arrived in Cape Cod 11/21/1620 and fell on their knees on land to thank God of Heaven for their safe arrival. They moved on and settled in Plymouth, MA. They lost nearly 50% of their fellowship to that brutal winter and it was the Wampanoag Indians who assisted them in farming, survival techniques and supplies. The Pilgrims’ goal was to establish their own church and evangelize. In 1621 their harvest was bountiful and they gave thanks to God for: the plentiful harvest; the journey; their inner strength; & sending His children (the Wampanoag Indians) to educate the Pilgrims. In turn the Pilgrims were able to share God’s Word for the purpose of continuing to strive to save souls hundreds upon hundreds of years after Jesus was crucified for us. Had it not been for the Wampanoag Indians, it is difficult to say if any Pilgrims would have survived.
- WHAT IS A PILGRIM? A pilgrim refers to someone who sets out to travel or sets out on a journey for a deeply rooted purpose related to their faith and/or religion.
- George Washington and Abraham Lincoln recognized the day on a one time basis in the perspective years of 1789 and 1863.
- It was not until 1941 that Congress agreed to declare Thanksgiving a National Holiday to be celebrated the fourth Thursday of every November (during the adminsitration of President Roosevelt-post Pearl Harbor).
Thanksgiving was and still is meant for everyone to humble ourselves and acknowledge the following;
- We have our life and health (good or bad) at this moment
- Mankind exists because of the Grace of God
- Mankind has not yet been struck down because of His Mercy
- His Love breathes life into us through His Word which is more powerful than all the books on the planet put together
- The mere fact that we can argue and deny God’s Existence & His Son’s Existence and Role is based on His Gifts to us which are free will, capability of thought and more.
- It is amazing to us that He is so secure in Himself that He had no qualms about creating people who would deny Him.
- Amazing is taken to a whole other level when you consider God did not hesitate to send His Son to be brutally beaten and torn to shreds physically, spiritually, emotionally, intellectually and psychologically to save men and women, some of whom: would love and adore Him; others would be lukewarm toward Him; others would despise Him with a vengeance and still others would not even acknowledge His Existence much less the pain, suffering a sheer anguish He experienced at Calvary for believers and non believers alike.
- **The Pilgrims specifically thanked God as recognition of their dependence on God’s Gifts in nature. It was a daily practice for the Pilgrims to outwardly thank God for everything big and small**
We could not and would not have done what Jesus did while knowing so many would spit on our memory and the gift of salvation. He felt what none of us ever had to experience in this life and that was the feeling that comes with God turning His Back on Him. Whether we are believers or non-believers He gave an equal amount of blood, sweat, tears and love for everyone. These are the things we’ll be considering and giving praise for this Thanksgiving, God willing. He lives in a world with no borders, no stress, no hate, & no arrogance and we look forward to our time when He calls us Home, but in the meantime this life presents the only opportunity for our souls and loyalty to be tested amidst all the distractions here on Earth. This is the only “state of being” where we have the chance to show Him our endurance of service for Him against trials, tribulations, injustices, hatred, ridicule, and more. Thank You Lord for allowing us to be tested. Thank You for challenges that at times are unbearable. Thank you for everyday we fail but get back up again, regroup & stand on Your Side. You are most glorious and yes we do indeed look forward to setting aside an entire day where You are the Headliner and the enjoyable feasts and football games are the extra bonuses we enjoy and appreciate in Your Holy Name. Thanks for figuring out a way to deal with all of our sin, because there is no way any of us can live a 100% sinless life in behavior, actions, reactions, thoughts, or emotions.
So much gratitude for our Savior as we honor and respect all people of all faiths and those who choose not to believe. May we all remain open in our hearts and minds to be willing to share our love with everyone with no exceptions.

every single country on this planet which is NOT an INDUSTRIAL COUNTRY is a poor country. Most people would agree with this statement. We were once an inudstrial country but now we are in a transition. Most would agree with this statement as well. This is what they mean when they say we are not in a recession or a depression. What we are experiencing is the transition period itself of the shift from industrial to non-industrial and there is a great deal of fall-out from such activity. We have outsourced countless jobs away from the USA for good. Our technology has increased thereby moving industrialism to the side according to the speaker. It’s suggested that our repair of the ccountry must come from a structural standpoint. In other words we must address the very structure of our country and economy and re-establish it before we can even think about reaching any level of success in generating jobs. This is not a Democrat or a Republican issue. It supersedes every political party and style of offense and defense whether that be liberal or conservative.
