This blog is created from a response to a comment from an earlier blog posting.
The oil spill has produced some jobs. We have been able to help an alarming number of people with the information from our prior post known as JOBS CREATED FROM THE OIL SPILL.
This got us thinking that perhaps there are other events, circumstances, organizations and companies that are hiring unskilled and skilled labor on a temporary, part time or full time basis to assist with certain disasters, events, catastrophes and more (oil spill, earthquake, storm duty, flood duty, tsunami, mining collapses, etc). Since our area of expertise is in the following professions, industries and careers…

…our goal is to reach those people who are in need of a job but perhaps would not qualify as a candidate with Best Services Online because of the type of work they are seeking or other variables. We still want to help so we are proposing the following. We want to post sources and information for these people where they can find jobs, applications, send resumes and more to get in for an interview and possibly receive a job placement beyond the scope of jobs we continually find for people and talent we locate for our clients (employers).
In the hopes to reach a number of people directly and even more people, job seekers, job searchers, and the unemployed indirectly (by word of mouth, FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter, MySpace, InstantMessaging, etc.) we are seeking the knowledge & help of the reader. We hope to have a positive impact on people’s household finances, stability and their overall welfare.
Being unemployed can bring about a myriad of negative emotions. We invite all of our readers to share ideas, places, locations, company names, industries & more that may help the unemployed find jobs. We will post any and all information (provided it is not in conflict with our job placement services). The information must be credible and valuable to our readers.
We will not post job offers that are rooted in QUICK CASH, EARN CASH FAST, INTERNET JOBS, or questionable offers that are NOT attached to a formal organization with an easily traceable company name, telephone number, address, business email address, etc.
You don’t have to post all of that information in your email to us info@BestServicesOnline.com or comment to us (we prefer email), but we or someone should be able to locate all of this information on the Internet.
Our goal is to bypass the multitude of potential scams and misleading information. We refuse to transfer those false hopes to already financially strained & emotionally drained people.
If the offer or prospective employer fails to involve a traditional application and interview process, it most likely will not be posted.
If the offer demands money from the job searcher or job seeker to get more information, we won’t post that either.

very nice website. I am not contributing based on disasters, but on a long standing issue we have had in this country with forcing American households to become addicted to government aid. This ultimately prevents them from growing and reaching their potential. Part of society develops an attitude about the entire process and the people involved in the process and visa versa. So here is a site that helps individuals and families that feel trapped or stuck in welfare or the welfare system.

Just like these disasters, this country requires relief too. Here is a great site my daughter suggested for summer jobs in Charlotte North Carolina. Not sure if they have any job openings this late in the season, because it is rather popular, but there may be other types of jobs available. They have internships and volunteer posts also. It kind of makes them realize this life isn’t just about them and that there is a greater power out there. Some of her friends’ attitudes changed. One friend went into the Peace Corp and others sought other avenues, but this one sticks out in her mind because of its impact on a few of her friends. Best Services is right when they say volunteerism can lead to a full time job when you are trying to find jobs or obtain a job placement. It also gets your mind and heart right so instead of just putting all of your attention on you and your problems, you get to see what REAL problems are so it keeps things in perspective. You tend to be more grateful for what you have when you see what you could be left with under different circumstances. Glad I found this blog because my daughter just graduated and she is going to need to have her resume done professionally. Every where else seems to charge an arm & a leg. We hope this helps you to help the unemployed with their career path. By the way my daughter gained a lot of insight from the Top Careers blog, eventhough she has graduated. For Theo Snavely; You’ll find an interesting parallel between Argentina’s rise as a world economic power in 1916 to their dismal condition now. It also was “possessed” by the populist movement much in the way this country is now. Government over spendng, bloated social programs, and a shrinking private sector spelled disaster for them. We are headed in the same direction.
